Affiliate Program Terms of Use
Welcome to the Affiliate Program!
Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program. These Terms of Use govern your participation in the program as an affiliate (“you”) who refers customers to our website https://af.uppromote.com/milerd/register (“we,” “our,” or “merchant”) of Milerd Techology LLC. By registering for and participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate in the program.
1. Eligibility and Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. Approved affiliates gain access to a dashboard where they can track performance and payments. Affiliates must provide valid and up-to-date PayPal information to receive commission payments.
2. Affiliate Commission
Affiliates will earn a flat fee commission for each qualifying purchase referred through their affiliate link. The current commission is $40 per sale, as stated during registration on our affiliate registration page. If we modify the commission structure, affiliates will be notified by email at the address provided during registration.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of each month, for orders that have completed at least one full calendar month since the order date.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
4. Restrictions

Affiliates are prohibited from registering themselves as buyers and earning a commission for their own purchases.

Misuse or fraudulent activity within the Affiliate Program will result in termination without payment of outstanding commissions.
5. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may promote our website through online and offline channels, including social media, blogs, ads, and print media. However, marketing activities must not be deceptive, misleading, or violate any applicable laws.
6. Network
If Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.
7. Cookie Policy
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
8. Program Changes
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination
Affiliates can terminate their participation by contacting us. We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
